To All Four Star Mechanical Solutions’ Customers and Business Partners,

With the continued spread of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our communities is our priority. We have implemented steps in an effort to protect our FSMS team, our customers and the people who work, play, and heal in the facilities where we provide services and systems.

As a valued customer and partner of FSMS, we want to connect with you directly to share the steps we are taking to help keep you safe, while continuing to serve your business needs.

Our plans continue to evolve as new information is available and as the recommendations of the CDC are updated, but as of this week, we have taken the following steps:

  • We are open for business, and will continue providing superior service, however we are asking customers and team members to adhere to the ‘6-foot rule‘ when doing business or interacting in our location or yours.

  • We have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures in our shop, trucks, and tools.

  • All business-related travel has been cancelled or postponed.

  • Employees who have symptoms of acute respiratory illness are recommended to stay home and not come to work until they are free of fever (100.4° F or greater using an oral thermometer), signs of a fever, and any other symptoms for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing or other symptom-altering medicines (e.g. cough suppressants).

We ask for your patience and cooperation during this unprecedented period and ask that you join us in taking the necessary steps to help protect our teams and do our part to ‘flatten the curve’ of the spread of this virus.

We are asking, when calling for service, to advise if anyone at your location is ill or has been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.

Our priority is the health and safety of our team, our customers, and business partners.  As the situation continues to develop and more information is available, we will provide updates on any relevant changes.
